Update of our network architecture in CH cloud from 2024-11-04 19:30 CET to 2024-11-04 20:46 CET

All tasks completed successfully.
Due to architectural constraints of the hosting platform we were unable to retain the public IP addresses of the inline-MX and parallel-intake load balancers. Instead we had to assign new IP addresses from our designated IP range. This change should not affect mail flow in any way.

We work on full integration of a new datacentre location in CH cloud which will require some network updates. This may lead to a temporary outage and performance degradation of parts of the CH cloud. We perform this change on a Sunday to minimise impact on customer traffic.

This will lead to temporary service outages and mail delay. No loss of mail is expected.
