CH Cloud: New Deliver IP 217.20.196.90 from 2024-11-20 10:00 CET to 2024-11-20 12:00 CET

In the course of our CH cloud data centre move towards an additional infrastructure provider we will gradually switch incoming mail traffic to a new delivery server. This means mail will be delivered from a new IP address. Customers must ensure mail processed by SEPPmail Cloud is also accepted from IP 217.20.196.90 (within our new subnet 217.20.196.64/27).

This affects:
inline integration: incoming mail
parallel integration: incoming and outgoing mail

We encourage our partners and customers to test connectivity to target servers using the SMTP tester tool in SEPPmail Cloud UI.

Failure to accept from the new IP may, depending on target server’s behaviour, result in delays or loss of mail. We will monitor queues and defer/reject messages and contact partners if we notice misbehaving servers.
