Issue

Our hosting provider for the DE cloud (and some of our backend systems) has a major outage in one data centre. The redundant architecture of the SEPPmail Cloud should switch all traffic to the remaining instances. Non the less it is still possible that some mail gets delayed due to partially unreachable edge hosts or increased load of our remaining systems.

Also, our internal mail hosting setup is affected, therefore support requests or personal mail may not reach us in a timely manner. We ask for your understanding for the resulting longer response times.
