Network connections are back, mail flow is recovering, but some mail is still queued and will be processed in due time.

Issue

Our hosting provider for DE cloud has some issues with their internal network. This affects communication in our mail cluster. Delayed delivery of mail to our platform, inside our platform and from our platform to the target server are to be expected.
Also logins to our Cloud GUI may be slow or fail (even for customers of CH cloud) or permissions may be missing temporarily.
Our operations team is assessing and controlling damage and is in contact with our hosting provider.
