The issue lies with our hoster. As they are working on a solution, most systems are back online. Some backend systems are still unreachable, but Cloud GUI and customer mail traffic should not be affected at the moment. Some log messages could not yet be processed. If you are missing entries in the Cloud GUI mail log, please check again at a later time.

The Cloud GUI is currently unreachable. We are investigating the issue.
Mail flow does not seem to be affected.
First superficial checks show that the issue may be rooted in some outage at our hosting provider. We will reach out to their support if this should be the case.
