GINA/LFT storage intermittent

Our provider says that they found the cause of the issue and that everything is back to normal operations.
Our hosting provider in CH cloud environment encounters issues with the storage service used for GINA/LFT. The service is unstable and not always accessible.
Symptoms:
LFT: As a result sending of LFT mail may fail. In such case an error message should be returned to the sender. If the Outlook Add-in is used an error popup may appear. In such case we recommend to retry a few minutes later.
GINA: If cached GINA is configured, the caching may fail. In such case a regular GINA mail with all data in the attachment is sent to the recipient. The recipient will have to open the secure mail HTML attachment to access the message.
We are working with our hosting provider to ensuring a stable and reliable service. Additionally we are evaluating alternative storage solutions and non-invasive workarounds.
