The current 15.0.4 Firmware Version has a problem affecting appliances using the HIN connector. The issue prevents appliances from making a connection to the required HIN gateway.
We are currently working on a hotfix release that will remedy the issue.
Please refrain from installing the 15.0.4 update until the hotfix is released. We will update this notification and notify you as soon as the hotfix is released.
