Issue

We currently encounter issues sending SMS via our SMS provider. We are investigating the situation and are in contact with the SMS provider.

This affects GINA password resets and SMS based user creation as well as 2FA login to the SEPPmail Cloud console. For login to the SEPPmail Cloud console we encourage using TOTP as second factor.
