Delay in mailprocessing in CH cloud

During given time an incident in occurred with one of our providers of CH cloud. Cause was an LDAP connection issue between our two CH datacenters. Our technicians restarted the LDAP inter-connect, which then caused a unusual long time for the LDAP to come back into healthy state. During that time there was no mailflow through our ZH datacenter (for 10min) and traffic was automatically re-routed to our second Swiss datacenter which may have cause delays up to 15min (95% percentile).

Currently we’re investigating what caused the unusual long time until LDAP was in sync again
