Login SEPPmail cloud not possible at random
Updates
the database on affected backend has been successfully rebuilt from snapshot. Both backend are able to talk to each other again. Data look consistent between the two. Messages in mailqueues are being re-processed at normal speeds again. Although it may take a couple of minutes until all queues are processed.
We’re still investigating the main cause for the issue with the backend database.
But Swiss Cloud operations is back to normal again
during the backup on the unaffected backend the mailflow was delayed. Our systems now have to processed those queued mails.
Logins to SEPPmail Cloud are possible again. Still investigating the root cause for the failure of the other backend
Since we have to pull a current backup from the not-affected backend machine this process affects the logins again.
We removed the affected backend node from frontend (GUI) configuration, so the logins should be reliable again.
We’re currently investigating if the defective backend may have impact on mailflow as well
We’re expeciencing a login issue for SEPPmail Cloud portal. Logins get rejected at random. If you try again it may let login. We’re investigating the issue with highest priority and will update the current state/results in this ticket.
